Booking
Booking your accommodation must be in
writing by email, submit our booking
forms or by fax.
Your booking is just completed when your
payment is received by us. Without
payment, there are no such booking
placed yet.
Payment
Payment must be completed before check
in 7 days, otherwise, we have a right to
release your booking even your payment
arrive after 7 days.
Payment must be submitted by bank
transfers, Paypal, major credit cards.
Bank fees will be on the guest’s side.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be informed by email
or fax to our hotel. Other means of
communication will not be accepted and
understand as no such cancellations
made. The following rules applied for
cancellation:
Notification received more than 14 days
or more:
If your cancellation is failed to make,
full charge of your booking is applied.
