Pick up and transfers instruction:
Our
driver will be at airport before your
arrival time 15 minutes, he will hang a
signboard with your name on it ( name
that given to us at booking ). He will
be leaving airport after 60 minutes, if
you are not shown. Full charge for pick
up will be applied. Please contact us as
soon as possible if your flight time is
changed to avoid those fees.
Departure for Hanoi airport may take
about 45 minutes. International flight
requires you to be at airport 2 hours in
advance. Domestic is 1 hour.
